By now, your baby weighs 3.75 pounds (pick up a large jicama) and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus. You're gaining about a pound a week and roughly half of that goes right to your baby. In fact, she'll gain a third to half of her birth weight during the next 7 weeks as she fattens up for survival outside the womb. She now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). Her skin is becoming soft and smooth as she plumps up in preparation for birth. ~babycenter
How far along? 32 weeks.
Total weight gain: 12 lbs as of last doctor's visit.
Maternity clothes? Yes.
Sleep: Not really, I am up pretty much every hour to either switch sides (thanks to my sciatic nerve pain) or go to the bathroom.
Best moment this week: Not passing out. No really, I got super light headed at work but I made it to a couch in time. I am really glad I did not pass out!
Movement: Yep big belly moving ones, and she is getting the hiccups a lot more. My mom said I had them every day!
Gender: Girl! Addison Hope
Cravings: Sweets are starting to make me feel a little sick to my stomach (BOO) so I have been trying to eat smaller and more frequent meals. Oranges and pears are still at the top and now peanut butter with molasses!
Belly Button in or out? In doesn't seem to be getting any closer to out.
What I miss: SLEEP and not swelling in my feet/ankles.
What I am looking forward to: My baby shower this weekend and my friend Jeni is flying in tomorrow and we have a big local baby sale tonight!
Weekly Wisdom: Drink lots of water and if you start to feel funny SIT DOWN!
Milestones: 8 months! It is getting so close now!
